Landlords

We can also help with lease negotiations and we can deliver a full project delivery solution from project management, design, building services and cost consultancy.

We’ll prepare a Workplace Strategy from the outset to ensure the designs respond to your actual needs and we’ll continue to engage with you and your people to ensure everyone ‘owns’ their new space. 

We also prepare Licenses for Alterations; Schedule of Dilapidations and Condition Surveys and can work on your behalf on lease expiry (or if you want to exercise a break) to negotiate the dilaps settlement and ensure your liabilities are removed.
