About the role
As our consultancy team continues to grow with new and exciting projects across multiple sectors, exi Design is seeking a talented and driven Senior Architectural Technologist to join our expanding team.
We are ideally looking for candidates with Chartered CIAT status, though we welcome applications from those working towards accreditation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sector Experience: Proven experience across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD is essential.
- Contract Experience: Solid working knowledge and practical experience of JCT and NEC forms of contract, particularly in project delivery
- Project Delivery: 5–10 years post-qualification experience, with a strong portfolio of delivering high-quality construction and detailing information.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively, demonstrating confidence in client liaison and coordination with consultants and stakeholders.
The Role:
As a Senior Architectural Technologist at exi Design, you will:
- Lead, manage and coordinate the delivery of multiple projects through various work stages
- Take ownership of technical production and information deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams, mentoring junior staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, representing exi Design and the wider exi Group with professionalism and excellence.
- Contribute to the continued growth of our practice through collaborative working and shared success.
